Trust Is Checked, Not Claimed

Verified Dealers: What Verification Actually Means Here

"Verified" is the most abused word in online machinery sales — too often it means nothing more than a paid badge. When we source machines through partner dealers or broker your equipment to buyers, every party has passed the specific, repeatable checks on this page. And because verification should cut both ways, we also show you exactly how to verify us in five minutes using official public registers.

These aren't aspirations — they're pass/fail gates, re-checked periodically and enforced. A dealer that fails any one of them doesn't source machines for our buyers, full stop.

Legal Registration

The dealer must be a registered company — verifiable in its national business register (KRS in Austria, Handelsregister in Germany, Companies House in the UK) — with named directors, a real registered address and active status. Shell entities and "trading names" without registration are excluded outright.

Tax & VAT Standing

Active EU VAT registration validated through VIES, and — for Polish entities — presence on the Ministry of Finance VAT whitelist with a registered bank account. A dealer whose bank account doesn’t match its tax registration doesn’t get your money through us.

Physical Premises

A real yard or facility verified by us, featuring dedicated staging bays for pre-shipment dossiers and accredited inspections. Dealers who cannot produce serial-matched machines in verified staging bays fail this check.

Track Record

Demonstrated trading history in machinery — completed transactions, references from carriers and past buyers, and no unresolved fraud complaints. New dealers can partner, but with escrow-style settlement until a track record exists.

Document Discipline

Machines offered with serial numbers that match documents, honest hour readings, and clean ownership title free of liens or finance encumbrances. One falsified document ends the partnership permanently.

Communication Standards

Named contact people, responses within one business day, and defects disclosed proactively — not discovered by the buyer at handover. How a dealer communicates before a sale predicts how they behave after one.

Don't take our word for anything on this website. Every claim about our company can be checked against government and international registers that we cannot edit:

  1. 1
    Check the KRS register

Search FN 589421 m in the official Austrian Commercial Register (Firmenbuch). You’ll find Steinwelt Wörgl GmbH, registered since 15 June 2016.

  2. 2
    Validate the VAT number

Enter ATU78912345 in the European Commission’s VIES tool to confirm active EU VAT registration for intra-community trade.

  3. 3
    Confirm the bank account

Before any transfer, check our account against ATU78912345 on the Polish Ministry of Finance VAT whitelist (Wykaz podatników VAT). If the account on an invoice isn’t whitelisted — stop and contact us on WhatsApp.

  4. 4
    Look up the LEI

Our Legal Entity Identifier 529900XVOAK2F23PG381 is verifiable in the GLEIF global database — an identity layer used by financial institutions worldwide.

  5. 5
    Visit or video-call

Our yard at Egerndorf 1b, 6300 Wörgl, Austria is open to visitors by appointment — or ask for a live video walkaround of any machine on WhatsApp.

Impersonation warning

Fraudsters sometimes copy legitimate dealers' names and documents. We only use the email domain @steinweltgmbh.com and the WhatsApp number +43 678 40760198. We never ask for payment to personal accounts, other countries, or via money-transfer apps. Anything different — report it to us.

If you're an established machinery dealer in Europe with clean stock and clean paperwork, partnership gives you access to export demand you can't reach alone: buyers across Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America who come to us specifically because we handle the export complexity they don't want to touch.

What partnership looks like in practice: you tell us what's in your yard, we match it to live buyer demand, and when a deal closes we handle inspection coordination, export documents and logistics. You sell more machines without building an export department.

  • To apply, email your company registration details, yard location and current stock list
  • Verification (the six checks above) typically completes within 5–10 business days
  • No listing fees — commercial terms agreed per transaction
